| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究法,对中学体育教师继续教育内涵加以界定,阐述了体育教师继续教育的现实意义,分析了江苏省中学体育教师继续教育存在的问题。结果表明：中学体育教师缺乏积极性;工作与学习时间矛盾显著;继续教育内容实用性不强;继续教育形式缺乏多样化;继续教育考核体系不完善;继续教育经费投入严重不足。本文旨在为中学体育教师继续教育有效的开展提供理论参考和实践指导。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of the literature material law of the further education for PE teachers in middle schools, and logic analysis and so on, defined the intension expounded the realistic significance of the further education for PE teachers, analysed the existing problems of the further education for PE teachers in Jiangsu provice. The results show that the PE teachers in Jiangsu provice lack of enthusiasm. Their work and learning time contradiction is remarkable. The practicability of the further education content for them is not strong; The form of further education lack of diversification; The evaluation system for the further education is not perfected; The funds investment for the further education is seriously insufficient.This paper aims to provide theory refer- ence and practice direction for the effectively development of the further education for PE teachers in middle schools. |
