| 摘 要： | 篮球文化作为高校文化的重要组成部分，其对大学生的培养的作用也是不言而喻的，篮球运动能够不断提升大学生的综合素质能力，影响高校学生行为规范，引导其人生观和价值观的成熟与发展，其文化功能与教学作用也日益显现。本文将在篮球基础设施建设，篮球制度文化建设以及篮球运动环境建设等三个方面进行阐述。
