| 摘 要： | 目的：了解新课标下大学生对体育教师的期望，使教师能更好担当新角色。方法：采用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等，就大学生对体育教师角色期望，对浙江省7所高校的700名大学生进行调查研究。结论：高尚的职业道德、完善的个人魅力、融洽的师生关系、较强的工作能力、良好的综合素质是新课标下大学生对体育教师角色的主要期望。建议：新课标下体育教师要更新观念，重塑自己，以尽快适应自己的新角色。

| Abstract: | The goal of this paper is to find out university students' expectation for the role of P.E.teachers so that the teachers can give better classes.By means of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,a survey has been made among 700 university students in seven universities of Zhejiang Province about their expectation for the role of P.E.teachers.The result shows that high-level professional morality,perfect personal charms,harmonious teacher-student relation,strong working ability and strong comprehensive ability are the most important characters the students expect of their teachers under new curriculum criteria.Finally,suggestions are raised to P.E.teachers that they should update their role conceptions and reshape themselves to adapt to their new roles. |
