| 摘 要： | 高师学生将来大多将成为教师,对高师学生进行形体美训练是时代的需求,也符合高师学生的生理、心理特点.本文采用文献资料法、调查法等进行研究分析,提出形体训练的基本任务、教学途径及改善不良形体的训练方法.形体训练是一门综合性的学科,需要多方面的配合才能取得好的效果.

| Abstract: | In the new century, people are putting increased emphasis on a well-developed physique. Physique training is thus significant, especially to teachers college students. This meets the need of current times and conforms to students' needs both physical and psychological. This thesis, through literature analysis and investigation, puts forward the basic tasks and teaching methods of physique training, and suggests some practical ways to improve comprehensive subject, and only with the coordination of all aspects involved can it produce good results. |
