| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料研究法，对国内外优秀男子跳远运动学参数和跳远技术特征进行比较分析。结果表明：走以力量见长的高跳跃型技术之路，是提高国内男子跳远运动成绩的有效途径。并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary researching, the article makes a comparative analysis on the different jumping kinematics parameters and technical features of excellent men jumpers at home and abroad. The results show that the high jumping type can be an effective way to better the Performance of the domestic men jumpers. The article therefore suggests some measures to achieve this. |
