| 摘 要： | 动用可比性原则，将2000年福建师大学生与同期的福建省大学生就身体素质进行横向对比，并与1995年的福建省大学生及全国大学生进行纵向对比，结果发现福建师大学生总体的身体素质水平呈显著下降状态，对此，学校应该重视健康第一、终身体育意识、体育锻炼能力的培养及健康知识的传授。

| Abstract: | With the principle of comparability, we made a crosswise comparison on the physical quality of the Grade 2000 students between Fujian Teachers' University and Fujian Province, and a longitudinal comparison of the students between Grade 2000 Fujian Teachers' University and Grade 1995 Fujian province and Grade 1995 the whole nation, we found that the overall level on the physical quality of the students in Fujian Teachers' University has decreased greatly. As a result, our university should lay a lot stress on fostering on the consciousness of the first health and lifelong PE to students, and enable them to form scientific ways of physical trainings, and pass on the knowledge of health education. |
