| 摘 要： | 为满足高校学生的体育兴趣，提高大学生的体育意识、知识和技能，采用问卷调查法及数理统计法，研究结果表明高校学生众多，体育兴趣广泛；高校有很多具有丰富经验的体育教师；有足够学生锻炼的体育场馆和器材。通过双向选择，课堂教学、课外辅导和课余训练相结合，有偿服务等形式，在高校开设体育选修课是完全可行的。

| Abstract: | The goal of this research is to satisfy the college students' interest for physical education and to improve the students' awareness, knowledge and skills of physical education. Methods applied in this research are questionnaires and mathematical statistics. The research reveals that there is a large number of students in colleges and universities; they have a wide variety of interest for physical education; there is a large number of skilled PE teachers; there is plenty of stadiums and gymnasiums and equipments; it is absolutely feasible to offer PE elective courses in colleges and universities through a combination of two-way selection, classroom teaching, after-class instruction and training, and paid services. |
