| 摘 要： | 综合运用文献资料法，访谈法，逻辑分析法，对我国高校教师素质现状进行了客观的分析研究，针对当前的素质教育中对体育教师素质要求越来越高的情况下，找出了影响体育教师素质提高的原因，并提出解决的措施，教师素质的高低决定学生素质的高低，要想全面提高学生的素质，首先必须全面提高教师的素质，素质教育对学生来说，获得的知识更有价值，而对教师来讲，则意味着教学难度更大，当今教育的发展，对教师提出了更高的要求。

| Abstract: | The author holds that the teacher' s quality is one of the factors deciding students' quality. In order to promote students' quality in an all-round way, P. E. teachers should promote their own qualities first. Students can obtain more valuable knowledge from the quality education, which, however, will entail more difficult works on teachers themselves. Nowadays development of education makes higher demand on teachers. |
