我国中小学体育教师继续教育发展历程及特征

摘    要:采用文献法、历史法、比较分析法,在全面回顾新中国各个历史时期中小学体育教师继续教育发展历程的基础上,总结了中小学体育教师继续教育的基本特征。结果表明:我国中小学体育教师继续教育经历了初建-探索-停滞-恢复-发展-规范6个发展阶段;继续教育机制由“被动型”向“主动型”转变,继续教育目标由提高学历层次向提升质量转变,继续教育内容由纵向学科性向横向综合性转变,继续教育模式由单一型向多样化转变,继续教育机构由进修学校、教育学院为主向更高层次转变,是我国中小学体育教师继续教育的主要特征。

Abstract:After reviewing the development of the continued education for PE teachers in primary and high schools since the founding of New China by means of documentary method, history method and comparative analysis, the paper summarizes some basic features: the education for the PE teachers in primary and middle school has experienced six developing stages; the continued education mechanism has shifted from "passive" to "active" , the education aim from diploma improvement to quality improvement, its content from vertical subject to horizontal comprehensiveness, its mode from dull to various, and its organizations from training schools and educational schools to higher-level schools.
