摘    要:采用文献资料法、实验法、归纳分析法对轮滑运动融入田径专项理论与实践课程的可行性及所产生的教学效果进行研究,在教学文件的制定和课时的合理分配,速度轮滑和耐力轮滑对发展身体素质的作用等方面进行具体的分析后得出:运动训练专业专项理论与实践课程中融入轮滑运动的教学是可行的,且教学效果良好;经过30个学时的学习,学生除掌握了轮滑的技术外,还提高了下肢的耐力,故轮滑运动可以作为发展下肢耐力的新手段。

Abstract:Through the method of literature, interview and systematic analysis, this paper studied the feasibility of adding miler - skating to track and field,and the effect of the teaching way. After analyzing the aspects of planning the teaching files,the distribution of the courses and the impact on health condition development of speed skating and exercise endurance skating,I got the results that integrating relier skating into the special theory and the practice courses of sports training major is feasible, and has received good results. After 30 hours'training, students could not only master the technology of skating,but also enhance the exercise endurance of their low limbs. Roller - skating could be a new way of training the endurance of low limbs.
