| 摘 要： | 高校办高水平运动队已取得了较大的成就。然而，要真正达到办高水平运动队的总体目标还有很大差距。进一步明确办队的目标，切实发挥高校优势以及完善招生制度是加快高水平运动队发展的几个重要因素。

| Abstract: | Great achievements have been made by high level sports teams in colleges,though there is a long way to go before they reach the goal on the whole.The dissertation holds that only with the target nailed down,the advantages made full use of and the recruiting system optimized can the program rapidly develop. |
