| 摘 要： | 教学过程的最优化是由组成教学过程的基本因素决定的,而人为因素是影响教学过程最优化的最基本要素。就最优化问题分析了体育教学过程师生的双边活动,结果表明:改变以往教学质量与教学数量失衡的关系,使教师的教与学生的学紧密地联系在一起,统一教学效率和教学效果,才能达到教学过程最优化的目的。

| Abstract: | The optimization of the course of P.E.Teaching is decided by the fundamental factors composing the course of teaching.The human factor is the best basic factor affecting the optimization of the course of teaching.In order to achieve the optimization of the course of P.E.Teaching,we must unite the efficiency of the teaching and the effect of the teaching,change the unbalanced relationship between the quality and quantity of the teaching,and combine teaching with students' learning. |
