| 摘 要： | 为进一步了解我国岁时节日与民俗体育的关系，推动岁时节日中民俗体育的发展，选取清明、端午、重阳3个岁时节日中典型的民俗体育为个案，运用民俗学的相关理论知识，对汉族岁时节日如何选择民俗体育进行分析，研究表明：历法节气和原始信仰观念是岁时节日性质形成的关键，岁时节日的不同性质决定了民俗体育不同的表现形式和文化内涵，民俗体育只有遵循岁时节日的性质，才能为岁时节日所选择。
