| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、比较法等，对软式排球与室内排球技术特点进行比较与研究。结果表明：软式排球具有质地柔软、球速慢、趣味性高和娱乐性强，运动技术难度低易于掌握、比赛来回球次数多，具有较强的观赏性等特点，适合不同年龄、性别的人参与。
