| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地考察法和数据统计法，对我国部分地区50所独立学院体育与健康课程体系现状进行调查和分析。结果表明：独立学院体育与健康课程设置模式过于传统，缺乏灵活的机制；课程体系不够丰富；体育资源的紧缺，限制了部分选项课的开展；教师构成较为复杂，师资不稳定。虽然部分独立学院已经或者正在进行教学改革和课程建设。但各独立学院要根据自己的实际情况，制订切实可行的，既具有自身特色又有利于学生发展的实施方案。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documents, interview Survey, on-the-spot investigation, statistical method, investigating and analysis sports and healthy curriculum system for more than 50 independent colleges are carried ont. The results show： independent college sports and health curriculum model is too traditional, lacking flexible mechanisms; the curriculum system is insufficient; the sports resources scarcity has limited the partial option class development; the teachers team are unstable. The research also indicated that some of the independent colleges have courses or ongoing education reform and development. |
