| 摘 要： | 由社会结构开放性而产生的社会生活的活力，决定了社会体育的发展必须在基层建立起新的组织实体以作为在新形势下开展社会体育活动的基础。管理机制的转变、体育生活方式多样化及社会体育社会办是社区体育组织兴起的主要原因。从1987年，辽宁省沈阳市首次出现“城市社区体育”这一新的体育组织形式起，开启了社区体育组织的发展历程。

| Abstract: | Social life vigor which produces by social structure＇s openness, decided the social sports development to, in the basic unit established the new organization entity to carry out the society sports by the achievement under the new situation the foundation. The management meehanism＇s transformation, the sports life style diversification and the social sports society manages is the primary cause which the community sports organization emerges. From 1987, Liaoning Province Shenyang presented ＂the urban community sports＂ for the first time this new sports configuration of organization, has opened the community sports organization＇s development process. |
