| 摘 要： | 学校体育担负着培养全面发展的人的重要使命,更与人的素质培养密切相关。在心理健康成为人才素质的重要组成内容的今天,作为以身体活动促进学生身心发展的学校体育,必须承担起促进学生心理健康的重要作用。因此本文从个体发展的角度,分析了学校体育与心理健康的内在联系,探讨学校体育在促进学生心理健康方面的作用,并提出了发挥其作用的方法与途径。

| Abstract: | School physical education shoulders the mission of training personnel development in an all-round way. What's more, it has a direct bearing on people' s quality training. Nowadays, mental health is a particularly important part of personnel quality. School physical education takes body activity as the means to enhance the students' physical and mental development. It must undertake the obligation of improving the students' mental health. From the perspective of individual development, the author analyzed the inner relations between school physical education and mental health, probed into the effect of school physical education on students' mental health and put forward the means and channel to give full play to school physical education. |
