| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、统计分析等方法,对目前厦门市少儿竞技武术套路训练中存在的问题进行了深入系统的调查分析。结果表明,厦门市少儿竞技武术套路训练中存在着制定多年训练计划缺乏系统性、部分训练负荷控制不合理、科学化训练水平程度偏低、后勤保障不够完善等问题。提出了采取相应的恢复措施,提高少儿训练的效率;加强对教练员的培养,提高教练员的综合素质;加强医务监督;加强少儿竞技武术套路的科学化训练等针对性对策。

| Abstract: | This paper deeply and systematically investigates and analyzes the present problems existing in Xiamen children’s competitive wushu training.The main methods we adopt are the literature material,interviews,questionnaires and statistics,etc.The results show that years of training programs of Xiamen children’s competitive wushu training lack systematicness,some training load control is not reasonable,scientific training level is lower,tight logistics need not improving.And we put forward the corresponding recovery measures specific countermeasures,to improve the efficiency of the children’s training:to strengthen the cultivation of the coaches,improve the comprehensive quality of the coaches;to enhance medical supervision;to strengthen children’s athletics wushu scientific training,etc. |
