| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料等研究方法,结合多年的教学实践,对散打教学中教学准备、教学实施、教学测验、教学小结等几个环节进行了分析,并在此基础上对如何更好地进行散打教学提出了建议,有针对性地制定了行之有效的散打教学方案。通过分析研究,达到总结经验,改进教学,完善散打教学的目的。

| Abstract: | Based on the author's teaching practice of years,the paper,by means of literature,analyzes the important links in sanda teaching,including preparation,enforcement,test and summary.The paper thereby gives suggestions on how to better sanda teaching and works out an effective teaching scheme.This study aims to summarize experiences,improve sanda teaching methods and perfect its teaching objective. |
