| 摘 要： | 为了明确休闲体育概念,采用文献资料、逻辑推理、演绎归纳等方法,系统分析休闲、休闲体育及其相近概念的研究现状及其内在联系,并结合对体育起源的探讨。认为休闲体育是指人们在可自由支配时间内,自主选择喜好的身体活动或观赏竞技体育表演为主要手段,以达到愉悦身心、完善自我而进行的一种社会活动。
