| Abstract: | Researches have been done on the feasibility to establish Xiamen commonweal civilians swimming frontage so as to promote tourism industry characterized by swimming entertainment as well as popularize civilians' swimming hobbies and safeguard the safety of swimmers. Meanwhile, basic knowledge and common sense regarding swimming can be spreaded on the said frontage so that the civilian may have the good knowledge of swimming skills and swimming rescue work. |
