| 摘 要： | 对前交叉韧带重建术后康复训练的文献进行分析研究，了解该领域的发展趋势。应用计算机检索Medline和Cnki1989—2006年间关于前交叉韧带相关文献。研究表明：股四头肌和胭绳肌肌力训练对膝关节功能恢复具有重要的作用，闭合运动链训练适合于康复训练早期，开放运动链训练适合于康复训练晚期；前交叉韧带损伤后，其本体感觉也受到破坏，而术后本体感觉促进训练对膝关节功能的完善至关重要；康复训练方案变得越来越激进，但激进的康复训练也有不利的一面，采用胭绳肌腱和异体肌腱重建前交叉韧带的术后康复训练应更趋于保守。

| Abstract: | To analyze and research literatures of rehabilitation training after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,and understand the new developing tendency in this field ,the literatures about the anterior cruciate ligament were searched in MEDLINE and CNK1 with the keywords of＇＇ anterior crueiate ligament reconstruction,rehabilitation from January 1989 to December 2006. Through analysis,we got the following conclusions：Training of quadriceps and hamstring is very important to knee postoperative functional recovery. Closed kinetic chain exercise is suitable for rehabilitation of early stage,whereas open kinetic chain exercise is suitable for rehabilitation of terminal stage. After injury of anterior eruciate ligament, proprioceptor is also damaged, and it is essential to train proprioceptive enhancing for functional recovery of knee joint. Plan of rehabilitation training is more and more radical, but there are disadvantages about radical rehabilitation training. It tends to be conservative about postoperative rehabilitation training of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with hamstring tendon and allograft tendon. |
