| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、访问调查法以及逻辑推理法，对我国目前改革的现状进行调查与分析，进而提出高校体育教学改革一系列对策，旨在深化高校体育教学改革，为高校体育教学由应试教育向素质教育转变，探索新思路，从而提高体育教学的实效。

| Abstract: | Applying the method of documentation, interview and logic, this paper is to research and analysis the actuality of education reform in China. Countermeasures have been put forward, with an effort to deepen physical education reform of university , change examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education and explore new train of thoughts to advance the substantial results of physical education. |
