| 摘 要： | 采用理论概括和逻辑分析法探讨现代运动训练方法理论体系建构的基本问题,从理论上确定运动训练方法理论研究的指导思想、研究的方向及研究的主要课题。运动训练方法理论是现代运动训练学理论体系中一个极其重要的组成部分。现代竞技体育的发展,对训练方法的科学性要求越来越高,训练方法的理性化程度和创新水平,是训练方法科学性最为直接的体现。训练方法的理论体系包括了各种不同项目训练方法理论、运动训练方法学理论和科学哲学理论中的方法论这样一种层次结构基础上的系统。运动训练方法理论是对现代竞技体育训练方法运用、选择及创新的普遍规律的概括和总结。

| Abstract: | By means of theoretical generalization and logic analysis,the author explores the basic issues concerning the theory system of modern sports training method,theoretically establishing the theoretical research of sports training method in its guiding ideology,its orientation,and its main project.Methodology is an important part of modern sports training.The development of modern competitive sports demands a higher level of the scientificness of the training methods reflected by the rationality and creativity.The sports training methodology system includes the training methods of different sports events,the sports training methodology and methodology in scientific philosophy.So the sports training methodology is a generalization and summation of the general laws of the use,selection and creation of the training methods of modern competitive sports. |
