| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等研究方法对后奥运时期我国竞技体育体制改革和发展趋势进行分析，对体育类专业院校在后奥运时期培养高水平运动员所面临的机遇和发展思路进行研究，并结合我国目前社会改革的大背景，探讨竞技体育实现多渠道培养优秀运动员的途径。

| Abstract: | This article utilizes the literature method, the questionnaire, the expert talk method and so on, to analyze the organizational reform of athletics sports and the development tendency in the post Olympic Games time in our country, and research on the opportunity and the development direction which sports universities face in the after Olympic Games time when training top athlete team, and finally to explore how to train top ath- letes in a multi-dimensional and multi-channel way with social reform as the background. |
