| 摘 要： | 大力发展及运用后排立体进攻技战术是当前世界排球运动的发展趋势，也是提高进攻环节应采取的一项重要举措，由于近几年来世界排坛上女子后排进攻被广泛地采用也普及导致女排各项技战术男子化，就我国女排如何充分挖掘后排进攻技术并在实战中加以运用作了剖析。
