| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育普及程度提高,高校扩招已接近最大化,独立院校体育场馆硬环境资源与学生人数比例极不协调。运用文献资料法、调查访谈等方法,对我省六所独立高校体育场馆硬环境进行深入调查和分析,结果表明：不同学校的体育场馆资源硬环境利用率低、差别较大;而且体育场馆管理专业化水平低、管理人员素质较低,严重影响了体育场馆的利用效率提升。建议：拓宽融资渠道、引进社会资本,本着谁建设谁受益,努力挖掘各类体育场馆硬环境资源,不断满足高校学校体育的条件目标,培养浓厚校园体育文化氛围。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of higher education in our country,college enrollment expansion has reached its maximum.As a result,the educational resources in colleges and universities of Fujian Province,especially in independent colleges,fail to meet with the needs of increasing number of students. The present author employs the following methods to unfold the research： by reading related documents,recent studies on rational exploitation and utilization of sports fields are summed up and systematized; the object of present study is further analyzed by interviews and questionnaires. The present research comes to the conclusions as follows： different schools have quite different stadiums; the low level of professional management and the low quality of management staff severely hinder the improvement of stadium utilization efficiency. Through analysis,some suggestions are posed as below： financing channels should be widened; games of differentiated levels ought to be held; schools and students should be encouraged to take part in and promote the well-known sport events; sports atmosphere on campus is supposed to cultivated and enhanced. |
