| 摘 要： | 随着休闲体育的兴起，作为高校主要课程之一的体育课，发展休闲体育教育势在必行。采用文献资料、归纳演释和逻辑分析等研究方法，阐述了休闲、休闲体育及其在高校开展的价值，比较分析了我国高校传统体育教学模式以及素质教育给高校体育教学的影响，探讨了休闲体育对体育教学模式的影响。
