| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对课堂上沉闷、刻板、僵化，“注入式”的教学方式依然大量存在提出质疑，研究认为应合理正确运用心理暗示方法，从侧面间接地施加心理影响，表明了合理地运用心理暗示，可以对师生产生沟通、提高体育训练效果和体育教学质量，对学生的学习效果起到积极作用。

| Abstract: | Using literature data and logical analysis to question the＂ inject＂ type of teaching method and boring, rigid and inflexible classes. We think that a proper use of psychological hint method should be adopted in the class and exert psychological influence on the students indirectly. It is indieated that a reasonable use of psychological hint can produce effects on teacher - student communication, enhance the quality of sports training and teaching, and promote the learning outcomes of students. |
