心理暗示在体育教学与训练中的应用

摘    要:采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对课堂上沉闷、刻板、僵化,“注入式”的教学方式依然大量存在提出质疑,研究认为应合理正确运用心理暗示方法,从侧面间接地施加心理影响,表明了合理地运用心理暗示,可以对师生产生沟通、提高体育训练效果和体育教学质量,对学生的学习效果起到积极作用。

Abstract:Using literature data and logical analysis to question the" inject" type of teaching method and boring, rigid and inflexible classes. We think that a proper use of psychological hint method should be adopted in the class and exert psychological influence on the students indirectly. It is indieated that a reasonable use of psychological hint can produce effects on teacher - student communication, enhance the quality of sports training and teaching, and promote the learning outcomes of students.
