| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、抽样调查、数理统计、综合研究等方法，对集美区的体育设施、居民的健身现状进行分析，探讨出我区居民的体育观念、体育意识、体育消费的特点及学区体育模式在我区开展的可行性。认为集美区居民对体育功能具有正确的、全面的认识；体育方式为突出个性的自发行为；体育消费在逐步提高。闲暇时间有限、设施不健全是制约全民健身计划进一步实施和影响居民体育人口数量的客观因素。学区体育模式将是我区推广终身体育的极佳方式。

| Abstract: | This article uses such methods as documents, sample investigation, mathematical statistics, comprehensive research etc. to analyze current situation of the sports facilities, the residents' bodybuilding activities in Jimei District, and to probe into their sports idea, sports consciousness, sports consumption and into the feasibility to carry out the school village sports mode in this district. This article holds that the residents in Jimei District have a correct and overall understanding of sports function, that their doing sports is a spontaneous behavior of stressing the individual character, that sports consumption is gradually increasing, and that limited leisure time and the imperfect facilities are the objective factors which restrain the plan of "the whole People participating in bodybuilding activities" from being implemented further. The article concludes that the school village sports mode will be the extremely good way to popularize lifetime sports in our district. |
