| 摘 要： | 为提高术科教学质量，对排球传球和垫球技术课采用“双师”同步教学，实现“双师”同步教学的教学模式与传统的教学模式进行实验对照。通过一个学期的实验，对学生的技评和达标成绩进行数据统计分析。结果表明：采用“双师”同步教学能明显提高排球传球与垫球技术的教学效果；双师同步教学法加强了理论课教师和术科课教师的交流，容易激发学生兴趣和热情，更符合体育生的特点；具有针对性强、实效性好等特点。
