| 摘 要： | 在阐述小康社会新内涵、生活方式的变化是发展体育事业的动力以及全面建设小康社会对促进体育事业发展的影响的基础上，对落实科学发展观，促进全面建设小康社会与体育的协调发展提出3条对策：切实加强体育制度创新的力度，积极探索国家办体育的多种形式；解放思想，与时俱进，开创非公有制体育发展的新局面；落实科学发展观，求真务实，建立与社会经济相适应的体育管理机制。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the new connotation of better - off society, the drive for physical education development, and the influence of better - off society construction on physical education development, the paper brings up three proposals to implement the view of scientific development and to promote the coordinated development of better - off society construction and physical education: strengthen the renovation of physical education system to explore the various forms of state - owned physical education; emancipate minds and create a new era of non - state owned physical education; implement the view of scientific development, uphold the truth and establish the physical education management system corresponding to the social and economic development. |
