| 摘 要： | 为了使福建省高校健美操运动朝着健康方向发展,采用现场调查访问、统计与归纳的方法,分析福建省第14届大学生运动会健美操比赛情况,结果表明:此次比赛参赛院校有所增加,特别是男运动员增加明显;比赛平均水平有所提高,各高校水平均衡,但拉拉操比赛成绩悬殊较大。建议教练员应该保证运动员训练时间和精力的投入,学校应进一步加大政策与经费的投入,切实解决运动队的后顾之忧;相关部门应多组织一些省际、校际、学院之间的比赛,使健美操训练能持续稳定地开展;应加大裁判员队伍的培训,尽快建立一支具有较高裁判水平的专业评判员队伍。

| Abstract: | In order to make the aerobics in colleges and universities of Fujian Province development soundly,this paper analyzes the aerobics contest in the 14th Fujian province university games by on-the-spot surveys and statistical and inductive.The results show that the number of colleges and universities participating in the competition has increased,especially the number of male athletes increased significantly.It suggests that the average level of colleges’ aerobics has been raised.The level of each college’s aerobics is similar to others but different in the cheerleading gymnastics.This paper suggests that the coaches should ensure the athletes training investment of time and effort.The colleges and universities should further increase the input of policy and funding and practically solve players’ trouble back at home.The relevant departments should organize more interprovincial contests,intercollegiate contests and competitions between the two institutes to make the aerobics training develop steadily.What is more,the colleges and universities should strengthen training of referees to make up a group of high level professional judges as soon as possible. |
