| 摘 要： | 西方体育文化的强势冲击与中华民族传统体育文化信仰的衰弱,引发了一场关于民族传统体育是否要＂现代化＂的争议。针对争议结合民族传统体育发展历史与现状进行分析,认为：应对民族传统体育的发展思想认识正本清源,深刻认识到创新才是发展的灵魂,抱残守缺、固步自封只能使文化的传承走向消亡,民族传统体育只有在保持自己民族特色的基础上,兼容世界其他体育文化,才能更好地发展。
