| 摘 要： | 为了给新农村体育服务体系建设提供参考,以柿槟村为案例,采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法,对柿槟村体育服务体系进行了调查分析。结果表明：柿槟村体育文化生活是以篮球为主、多项体育竞赛为辅的多维立体体育服务体系为特色,有着丰富的体育资源。但存在着体育组织机构及其管理工作薄弱、体育场馆设施极其缺乏、社会体育指导员不足和农村学校、机关等场地资源没有得到有效利用等问题。建议加强农村基层体育组织建设、加大农村体育场地设施建设、大力培养农村体育管理人才、发挥农村学校的辐射作用。
