| Abstract: | By using method of questionnaires, it was found that the main factors influencing the non - gratuitous open ingymnasiums and sports grounds resources of colleges and universities are hard environment and soft environment. Hard envi-roment involved in the investment for physical education and the self - condition of gymnasiums and sports grounds. Soft en-vironment involved in consciousness, elite athlete teams, and statute of administration constructions. |
