| 摘 要： | 多哈亚运在即、北京奥运在望,为了保持与提高我国竞技体育的实力,从“实战十运、备战多哈与展望北京”的竞技形势分析可以发现:北京奥运处于我国竞技体育绝对核心的地位;从全程性多年运动训练的角度分析“实战十运、备战多哈与展望北京”的训练学关系可以发现:加强奥运选手的梯队建设具有重要的意义;从“峰前状态”的量化着眼探索发现对于“峰前状态”的科学调控能够对运动训练起到事半功倍的效果。
