| Abstract: | It is very important to innovate and reform the teaching and training methods of hurdles, to adjust the hurdle skills reasonably,in order to make the students master the skills as quickly as possible and use them in daily training to reduce the skill fault,to improve the practice and competitive effects.The aim of the author is to provide the beneficial reference for the teaching reform and theory of the hurdles. |
