| 摘 要： | 体育招生专业考试的公正性、客观性和准确性,历来是社会关注的热点,也是各高校招生部门努力追求的工作目标。经过多年体育招生专业考试的实践与理论探索,研究认为：用科学的发展现来对待体育招生专业考试工作,用现代化的电子科技手段进行测试,对考生施以人性化的关怀,对考试人员采用岗前培训、抽签上岗等措施,是实现体育招生专业考试科学化管理水平的重要保证。
