| 摘 要： | 认知语言学认为,隐喻是人类理解抽象概念和现象的主要途径和基本认知方式之一。隐喻也是体育新闻语言中经常使用的语言表达方式,也是体育赛事独有的语言特征。将互联网上国际冰球联合会官方网站对2011年度世界冰球锦标赛的赛事报道作为主要语料,分析和研究隐喻在冰球项目的英语新闻报道中的应用,可以帮助从事冰球运动的运动员、教练员更准确、更直接的了解国际冰球赛事,获取有效信息。

| Abstract: | In cognitive linguistics,metaphor is the main route for people to understand abstract conceptions and phenomena and one of the basic cognitive ways.Metaphor is also the constantly-used language expression in sports news and the special linguistic feature of sports events.This essay based on the news reports of 2011 Ice Hockey World Championship events in the website of IIHF（International Ice Hockey Federation） and found out the application of metaphor in these reports of Ice Hockey events after analysis and researches.It can help the athletes and trainers who deal with the event of ice hockey get the effective information of international ice hockey competitions directly and accurately. |
