| 摘 要： | 运用理论分析的方法,阐述了篮球运动员抢篮板球能力的重要作用,以及影响篮球内线队员拼抢篮板球能力的四个方面:拼抢意识是抢篮板球能力的首要因素;身体对抗能力是拼抢篮板球能力的重要基础;技术是拼抢篮板球能力的核心;配合是拼抢篮板球能力的保障。

| Abstract: | With the method of theoretical analysis,the author set forth the significant function of inner basketballers' backboard recovering capabilities as well as the 4 influential aspects for such abilities;the rebound recovering mentality,which is the principal factor for such tackling competence;the body's antagonistc power,which is the important foundation;tachniques,which are the cores of the snatching capacity;teamwork,which is the guarantee for the abilities to receive rebounds. |
