| 摘 要： | 我国的高等教育已由精英高等教育阶段进入到大众高等教育阶段,大众高等教育阶段大学主要培养国家所需的各行各业的建设者,理工科院校体育课程为了适应大众高等教育阶段的要求,需要进行全方位的改革,更新课程理念,课程目标要达到综合化;加大投入,以提高体育教学条件;调动学生学习的积极性;提高体育教师素质;注重教材建设,突出特色教学。
