| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、录像分析和专家访谈等方法,对2002年全国少儿体操比赛(吴江赛区)男子项目进行调查研究。结果表明:广州队在少儿训练方面领先于参赛的其他各队;新大纲甲组和乙组(10岁组)的动作难度略有增加,9岁组的动作难度则有所减小;在基本动作姿态方面各队都表现得良好。进而分析了少儿体操的起蒙训练情况,运动员对动作的掌握情况及基本技术掌握情况等,为少儿体操训练提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | A theoretical basis is laid in this paper for children s gymnastics training via a survey of boys events in the 2002 National Artstic Gymnastics Games (Wujiang zone) by document review, video of analysis and interview with experts.The result showed that the Guanzhou team
took the lead of the other teams in children's gymnastics training, that the action difficulties in the new sylladus for 10 - year age group( Group
A and B) were greater while they were lower for the 9 - year age groups, and that all the teams performed well in terms of basic postures. |
