| 摘 要： | 针对射击运动员在训练与比赛中所面临的各种训练和心理问题,论述了教练员与运动员应采取的有效的应对策略与措施,提出采用积极的应对策略和对运动员采取激励的方式,可降低射手的焦虑心态提高其自信心,能取得良好的训练和比赛效应。

| Abstract: | The author discusses the effective reply tactics and measures that coaches and shooters should take in connection with the various training and psychological problems that shooters face with in training and competition.The author puts forward that it may reduce shooters'anxious psychology,improve their self-confidence and get good training and competition effects to adopt effective reply tactics and to take excitation methods to shooters. |
