| 摘 要： | 本文对与有氧舞蹈关系十分密切的健美操网络教学进行了深入的研究,在对比分析了健美操网络教学建设的优缺点后,对普通高校有氧舞蹈网络教学进行了探讨,研究认为,应处理好网络教学平台与传统教学过程、教师与学生的辩证关系才能够培养出全面发展的大学生.通过研究旨在构建一个能够满足学生技能认知、体质健康、自主学习、自我实现、社会交往、工作就业、终身锻炼等多方面需求的网络教学平台,同时也为发展高校其它学科网络教学提供参考.

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature,expert interviews and the method of induction and deduction, the article discusses the network teaching of aerobic dance in colleges and universities at the basis of comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of aerobics dance teaching network construction, in order to construct a network teaching platform which can satisfy the students＇ multiple requirements, such as skills cognition, physical health 、 self learning 、 self realization 、 social communication 、 employment and lifelong exercise, etc. And the article also provides the reference for the development of other disciplines＇ network teaching at the same time. The paper concludes that should the dialectical relationship between teachers and students, a good platform of network teaching and traditional teaching process be fit well,the comprehensive development of college students could be obtained. |
