| 摘 要： | 《体育法》颁行后,加快配套立法,建立健全体育法规体系成为当前我国体育法制建设的一项重要工作。设定配套体育立法目标,明确实现配套体育立法的任务,是其重要的前提条件。论文对我国配套体育立法的内涵、设定目标的依据、原则和目标的主要内容、当前配套体育立法的主要任务及其实现条件等进行了全面的分析和研究。

| Abstract: | Since Sports Law was issued, speeding up systematizing legislation, establishing and perfecting the system of Sports law have become an important work of the construe, of sprots Law in China Setting up the objective of systematizing sports legisation making the tack of realiation of systematining sports legislion clear are prerequisite condition. This article carried out a comprehensive anslysis in terms of the connotations of systematizing sports legislation, foundation and principles of setting up the objective, main content of the objective, major task and realization condition of current systematizing sports legislation. |
