| 摘 要： | 2008年中国取得奥运会、残奥会的巨大成功，但同时也看到中国体育离世界体育强国的标准还很远，其中体育纠纷解决机制的不足和缺失是阻碍中国迈向体育强国的主要因素之一。文章从体育国际化的呼声、纠纷国际化的需求、法制国际化的趋势三方面论述完善体育纠纷解决机制的必然，认为修改体育法，建立以体育仲裁制度为核心的体育纠纷解决机制是中国体育纠纷解决机制的路径选择。

| Abstract: | China won 2 big successes in 2008. However, we should be aware that China＇s sports are far from the world sports powers in that the key factor that the sports dispute settling ,mechanism is either insufficient or deprived is the hindering China from becoming a world sports power.The paper, from the claim for sports internationalization, the need of sports dispute intemalization and the trend of putting sports law on an internationally legal basis, argues the necessity of perfecting the sports dispute settling mechanism and that it is a good choice to modify sports law and establish a dispute settling mechanism which is centered on a sports arbitration system. |
