摘    要:在800m运动项目中,为了实现训练和比赛的目标,科学的制定运动负荷量十分必要。负荷适宜且恢复措施及时,机体就会出现良好的适宜性变化;训练负荷太小,运动能力提高就不明显;训练负荷过大,会出现过度训练,免疫力低下等问题。本文通过文献资料法来探讨高校800m运动员大强度训练前后免疫球蛋白的变化特征并根据变化特点科学的进行调理。

Abstract:Duning the item of 800m sports in order to achieve the goal of training and competition arranging training load scientifically is necessary with the condition of appropriate load and timely rehabilitation measures body will be good training load is too small to become visible movement while excessive training will cause over load and low immunity this article discusses the characters of changes of immunoglobuin before and after intensive training among athletes in colleges by the method of documentary then recuperetes it scientifically.
