| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查和数理统计法对哈尔滨市高校体育场馆开放模式及影响因素进行研究。发现哈尔滨高校存在场馆资源短缺与浪费并存的现象,有偿开放怎能更好地服务于全民健身运动;高校场馆开放模式与场馆的经济基础、物质基础以及思想转变意识、管理水平、场馆条件和经营思想有直接的关系。

| Abstract: | By using methods of documentation,questionnaire,visiting specialists and mathematical statistics,the presentsituation of gymnasium and sports ground resource utilization in colleges and universities of Harbin were studied.It was found that gymnasium and sports ground resources of colleges and universities are plenty in Harbin,and the rate of openings very high,and the non-gratuitous opening can serve the national fitness programmuch better.The utilization of gymnasiums and sports grounds of colleges and universities bears upon their economical and material basis,consciousness and the level of administration. |
