| 摘 要： | 对黑龙江省高校篮球教学现状进行了分析，发现影响高校篮球教学基本目标实现的主要因素有：教学管理水平；体育教学设施的配置；教学内容的安排。文章针对这些影响因素提出了相应的改革策略，即不断提高高校体育教学管理水平，强化管理的统筹性和及时性；确立正确的体育教育观，将课堂学习与终生体育结合起来，处理好知识、技能与主动应用之间的关系，确保终生受益；重视体育课程的更新与教学模式的创新；构建合理的考核评价方式，激发学生的体育兴趣；不断提高体育教师的综合素质。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the college basketball teaching situation in Heilongjiang Province,found that the main factors affecting the development of the college basketball teaching:Teaching the management level;teaching guide thought;the use of the set of teaching content and teaching mode;sports teaching examination and evaluation system;the quality of physical education teachers;teaching environment;These factors directly affect the basic goals of physical education teaching.In here,these factors affect the development strategy and the continuous improvement of school physical education management level,to strengthen the management of co-ordination,the immediacy and timeliness,effective control of teaching and learning activities;to establish the correct physical education concept,the current study and lifelong-exercise together,the relationship between knowledge,skills,and active to ensure a lifetime benefit;great importance to the update of the physical education curriculum and teaching pattern to construct a reasonable appraisal,play a role to stimulate students’ sports interest. |
